I decided to become a general practitioner because I thrive on the variety of challenges faced in my practice seeing patients from all ages. Dr. Medina received his medical degree from Universidad Veracruzana, completing part of his clinical training in different hospitals affiliated to Oslo University in Norway. After graduating in 2019, he moved to the Riviera Maya to assist both local and international communities in Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
Dr. Medina is committed on finding ways to innovate and provide better health care in the Riviera Maya. He enjoys open water swimming, working out, reading, and traveling for vacation and volunteering.
