As an English trained registered nurse I highly recommend Dr Luis Medina. My friend was very very ill one night and he came about midnight with an amazing box of medicaments, and everything needed to enable my friend breath again. It’s a Long story but his bedside manner was excellent, kind with clear explanations and reassurance. He gave us directions to the easiest laboratories & X-ray departments. He stayed more than 2 hours and didn’t leave until there was a marked improvement in my friends condition. I have called on him for myself during the night since then and he was just as kind, thoughtful & knowledgable. His English is perfect & he is one of the most empathic doctors I have ever met, in my 50 years of practice. He will always by my “doctor of choice”.

We called Luis while on holidays in Playa del Carmen. Our 2 year old daughter wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t get the temperature down using paracetamol. Luis arrived promptly after our call. Luis gave us excellent service, handled the situation in super friendly manner, which can be challenging with a crying 2 year old. Luis calmly explained to us the situation and our daughter’s condition, he clearly explained the prescription medicine dosing, timing etc. He also followed up the next day and few days after making sure our daughter is improving.

We had SUCH a great experience with Dr. Luis Medina. He is an excellent practitioner who provided 10/10 care for my partner when he had a bacterial cuticle infection and also needed a covid test for travel. He conveniently travels right to your home or hotel, is super attentive and clearly communicates his process.
